Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Limited Thunderstorm Risk through midnight.
Limited Flooding Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Scattered thunderstorms will remain possible through midnight. A
few storms could produce locally gusty winds and or small hail.
There is also a threat for heavy rainfall which could result in
localized flooding.
Minor river flooding will continue along the Illinois River near
La Salle.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN COOK COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...
The storms which prompted the warning have moved out over the lake.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However, heavy rain and
cloud to ground lighthing are still possible with some lingering
thunderstorms.
